We want you
to be pleased with your purchase. If you are not, please send it back for return or
exchange within 10 days of purchase, determined by postmark
date. Postage fees are not refundable.

merchandise must be accompanied by a copy of the sales invoice.
Refunds will
be issued with original tender.

postage fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

be shipped with insurance. Tenacity is not responsible for
items lost or damaged due to failure to purchase insurance.

know that returns and exchanges happen. We just ask that
all items sent back for return or exchange have all tags attached in
the original manner and be in new condition. Items that have
been washed, worn or altered will not be accepted for return.
If an item is worn, washed or altered it will be returned to you
and you will be billed for the shipping costs.
Final sale items and jewelry are non-returnable
unless due to a manufacturer's defect. Please contact customer
service if you believe you have a defective item.

websites not to exceed 40% off the retail price. The exact item must be available in the same size and
